Creativity into Business

This is Verity Pabla’s story...

 “I run I’m Not a Machine Productions , an international creative production house, from ICE in Coventry. Through the scheme I’m on I’ve had access to a mentor, or rather three mentors! Previously I had a business mentor who was brilliant but at the time I don’t think I utilised him as well as I could of.

This time around I’m embracing my mentors completely. I work completely independently on creative projects and so it’s been really beneficial to have people external to my business and creativity who both listen and give feedback.

Over the period of time that I’ve had one of the mentors through Arts+ Media, I’ve focussed in on the music I produce and released my debut album on 1st June 2009 in collaboration with Silvery Records .

Though self-sufficient I am, I give many thanks and credit to the mentors for listening, supporting my ambitions and helping me to focus!”
