A+M has worked with a number of Local Authorities to design, manage and deliver bespoke training and/or training packages including: mentoring, retreats, masterclasses; conferences, one-day courses or longer term projects. Previous clients include Birmingham City Council and the Greater Manchester Arts Officers Network.

MusicLeader is a national Youth Music initiative that aims to provide access to training and professional development for music leaders at every stage of their career. Arts+Media and MusicLeader West Midlands worked together to deliver business skills training for musicians and those working in music provision for young people in the West Midlands area.
