Creativity into Business

A+M is working with ICE and the Institute of Applied Entrepreneurship to offer new graduates who are starting their own business a mentee to help them through the scary waters that they will encounter on their creative journey.
Equate: Arts+Maths=?

Equate is primarily a period of research and development for Lesley Whelan as a visual artist, working in collaboration with mathematician Adam Boddison.
It is an exciting opportunity for both parties to think on a different level and experiment with thoughts and processes. A new body of work will be produced that will be shared with audiences, so that the potential to learn and communicate through the different disciplines can be appreciated ....
DART Greater Manchester

Working in partnership with the Greater Manchester Arts Officers Network (GMAON), and supported by ACE NW, A+M has delivered training to artists, arts officers and arts organisations in the Greater Manchester area.
Mighty Creatives (Previously known as: Creative Partnerships Leicester)

In 2008 A+M began work with Mighty Creatives to deliver a programme of development for Creative Agents.
Creative Partners in Learning

On behalf of Cre8us (formerly Creative Partnerships Coventry) – and working with ASc Creatives NW – Arts+Media devised a programme to support the development of the new Creative Learning national model.
Public Art Commissions

Watch this (public) space! Arts+Media regularly runs workshops focusing on public art commissions, both for commissioners such as local authorities and for artists who may seek commissions.
Action Learning in the Arts ALITA

ALITA (Action Learning in the Arts) is A+M’s custom-made organisational development programme for the arts, with an ambitious purpose and a strong history of achievement.
Musicleader
MusicLeader is a national Youth Music initiative that aims to provide access to training and professional development for music leaders at every stage of their career. Arts+Media and MusicLeader West Midlands worked together to deliver business skills training for musicians and those working in music provision for young people in the West Midlands area.
The Art of Leadership conference

SmartArt
SmartArt helped develop skills to enable artists to sustain their work in the commercial world and provided them with an opportunity, through argument and debate, to obtain new perspectives on their practice.
Capture West Midlands
In 2005 A+M delivered an important regional dance/moving image development project, Capture West Midlands, undertaken in collaboration with Arts Council West Midlands (ACWM), who jointly funded it.
Fracture
Since 2004 A+M has been supporting ACE and Coventry University in developing the genre of Dance and the Moving Image. In 2006, partnered Coventry University in designing and delivering Fracture.
Business Link
In 2007-08 A+M supported a successful consortium bid, with Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce and Coventry and Stafford and Warwickshire Local Authorities, to deliver business support within the region on behalf of Business Link West Midlands.
