Prescap seek artists to help deliever community projects

Arts and Media Artists are needed for community arts projects in the North West region

PRESCAP is a community arts organisation that changes people’s lives. They use art and media in an innovative and dynamic way to support regeneration, social cohesion and community development particularly for those who have had little opportunity. They have over 25 years of experience working with our communities and delivering creative results.  They encourage everyone to express themselves by valuing everyone’s contribution. They are proud that their projects provide a high quality experience of each individual in the process of making art and result in a high qulity end product. The confidence that grows from this can be a life changing experience.

Prescap are looking for artists to deliver this work. You will be included on their database; and they will seek to match your own individual skills up to the right projects. They are looking for artists with strong facilitation skills and extensive experience of working within participatory arts and with community groups. All art forms are needed, specifically looking at the following:  graffiti arts, new media and technology, creative writing, poetry, drama and theatre, animation and street dance.
