Course Details
Do you want to build, or improve, a website for yourself or your organisation? This two-day course introduces you to ‘Dreamweaver’, the industry standard web design software.
Who is it for?
You will learn how to create and manage a website; create layouts with tables; work with images; use hyperlink protocols; do advanced page design with frames; and how to publish and promote your site. You will work on your own material and ideas, using full multimedia facilities with tutor support.
Outline
This two-day course is highly practical and will both demonstrate the use of web design software and allow ample opportunity for participants to work on their own material and ideas with tutor support. Although the course uses Dreamweaver software to set up the basic foundation site, once initially created sites can be managed and edited using standard web browsers, ie Internet Explorer, Netscape etc. Participants will also have a comprehensive set of notes and handouts to help them continue to make progress after the event.
