Who is it for?

This course is designed for Arts Development Officers, arts workers and artists who have had project management responsibilities as a major part of their work for at least 18 months.

Outline

In an informal and highly practical day, with presentations, exercises and discussion, the group will focus on participants’ real-life issues, with the aim of finding clarity, ways forward, support and solutions.  The exact content will be shaped according to participants’ needs.

At the end of the day, participants will have:

  • a range of tools and resources to deliver successful projects
  • strategies for coping with problems and the unexpected.
