Steph Vidal-Hall

Steph Vidal-Hall is an independent coach and facilitator with over 12 years of experience working at the interface of the arts and business sectors, taking creative strategies into corporate life and enabling creative organisations to clarify their purpose and thinking. Originally a theatre lecturer, she was previously Creative Training and Development Manager at Arts & Business West Midlands before moving on to facilitate for commercial, theatre-based learning & development companies. As well as a broad corporate experience working with blue-chip clients and government departments, including BP, Jaguar & Landrover and the Cabinet Office, she has worked consistently in the cultural sector using her knowledge of learning and communication to enable arts organisations to evaluate, develop and think with clarity and courage.

Steph is a qualified coach, action learning set facilitator and Thinking Environment Consultant (www.timetothink.com ).  The Thinking Environment is a powerful framework for thinking based on the belief that the quality of everything we do depends on the thinking we do first and that creating a Thinking Environment, therefore, is the first responsibility of leadership.  The process has applications to leadership, peer coaching support, transforming meetings, mentoring, learning sets and culture change.
