Nicola Shipley is a freelance Arts Project Manager, Producer and Creative Industries Consultant.  She has worked within the midlands arts sector for the past 15 years and has experience of working with a wide range of clients, individuals and organisations, both public and private sector.  For the past 6 years she has provided project management, production, commissioning, research, curation and consultancy services, working with a range of specialists and artists based on each projects requirement.
