Jo Trowsdale is currently director of Cre8us . She has been involved in the selection of 52 schools in the Coventry programme. Prior to this role she worked in education as a teacher, as Head of Department and as a teacher educator. Jo developed and led the Drama and English PGCE at Warwick University. She has worked with several local authorities evaluating and researching the role of practitioners to develop arts and creative skills and led inset for practitioners and teachers for over a decade.
