Emma Larkinson is a highly experienced public art specialist. She worked as Commissions Manager at Public Art Commissions Agency for 7 years, as Public Art and Architecture Officer at Arts Council West Midlands and latterly as Director of IXIA the national development organisation for public art policy and practice.  She has experience of developing policy and strategies working across a range of clients and delivery of public commissions in a variety of contexts.
