Debbie is a consultant working exclusively in the arts and cultural sector.  She has over twenty years experience of working with artists, arts organisations of all scales and the public and third sectors. Her work focuses on supporting the creative development and growth of all clients through embedding effective organisational practices, as consultant, trainer, facilitator, coach, mentor and critical friend. Debbie is Chair of ArtsMatrix, the enterprise and skills development agency for the creative sector in the South West, and on the Board of Exeter Phoenix. She was a founding Director and Chair of Arts+Media Training, Advisory Board Member for Talking Birds and on the West Midlands Regional Committee of the National Trust.  Debbie also runs a farm in Devon.
