I have spent my entire working life in the voluntary sector as an administrator/project manager.  I started in local resource/community centres, then moved to overseas (African) development; then to European rural development and now the arts.  I was very happy to join Arts+Media as Project Co-ordinator and then Programme Manager, as it gave me the opportunity to meet artists and learn more about their world, while supporting them in growing their businesses.  Now I have left A+M to become self-employed, but am glad to continue the association with A+M by running some of its projects, as well as branching out into new work.
